This year’s OPLbery Club has been full of great books and lots of new club members. Everyone has been very enthusiastically reading so many books that it’s hard to keep up.

Here are a few of the books our club members have been reading:

Tanmay, Mary, and Rose all really liked Echo. Tanmay liked the pace and they all like the way the different stories come together in the end.

A lot of the club members read The Thing About Jellyfish. Semou, Mary, Bailey and Rose all really liked it. There was some discussion about whether the ending was satisfying or not.

The War That Saved My Life was another well-liked book. Catalina and Ruby both loved it.

Tristan read and enjoyed The Penderwicks in Spring. He has not read the other Penderwick books and didn’t feel he was missing any parts f the story.

Mage recommended The Book that Proves Time Travel Happens.

Emilia thought The Detective’s Assistant was both funny and edge-of-your-seat exciting.

Allie liked Ms. Rapscott’s Girls, and Janessa liked Gone Crazy in Alabama.

All our our OPLbery books, and lots of other book lists, can be found on our Pinterest page. Click here to see the OPLbery books.
