The OPLbery Club will have its fourth meeting of the year this Friday. Want to know what we’ve been reading? Here are some of the books and some reviews:

The Bully Book, by Eric Kahn Gale
Theo gives this book 5 stars in all categories, while Eric’s review is more mixed. His lowest rating was for the book’s pacing.

Counting by 7s, by Holly Goldberg Sloan
Emila liked the book and gave it 5 stars in most categories.

Destiny Rewritten, by Kathryn Fitzmaurice
Brandon liked this book. He gave it mostly 4 or 5 stars.

Hold Fast, by Blue Balliett
Elena liked it a lot. She thought it all tied together, felt like she knew the characters, and enjoyed the pacing and language. Janessa read it, too.  She also liked the book and gave it mostly 4 stars.

P.S. Be Eleven, by Rita Williams-Garcia
Both Idalio and an unsigned reader reviewed this book. Both liked it a lot, giving it 4 or 5 stars in almost every category.

Rump: The True Story of Rumpelstiltskin, by Liesl Shurtliff
Both Brian and Brandon enjoyed this one.

There are a lot of other books being read as well. We’ll post more information as the reviews come in and the discussions continue.
